1. No Purchase Necessary
Participation is free. Void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility
- Must be 18+.
- Must have an active ParkNarc account and comply with ParkNarc Terms.
- Promotion is intended for the selected university community (currently CSUMB). ParkNarc does not verify enrollment.
3. Timing
Winner selection occurs monthly.
4. Selection Method
Winners are selected by random drawing among eligible users based on qualifying engagement criteria.
5. Prize / Reimbursement
- Reimbursement capped at $80 USD.
- Only tickets under $80 USD are eligible.
- Ticket must be received after winner selection.
- Coverage window: tickets received within 4 months after selection.
6. Verification / Fraud / Taxes
- Identity and ticket verification may be required.
- Fraud or abuse may result in disqualification.
- Winner responsible for any taxes.
7. Changes / Termination
ParkNarc reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes at any time, subject to applicable law.
